A woman who hit an 11-year-old earlier this month in West Price Hill and then allegedly drove away was indicted on Wednesday.
Ruby Estepp, 36, was found by officers and arrested shortly after the Feb. 4 incident.
According to police, a group of children were walking in the crosswalk on Glenway Ave. near Winfield Ave. around 3 p.m. when a vehicle in the eastbound curb lane failed to stop, hitting one of the children.
Estepp is indicted on driving under suspension, failure to stop after an accident and aggravated vehicular assault.
The child was transported to Children's Hospital with non-life threatening injuries according to police.
