BUTLER COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - A teenage driver entered a guilty plea Tuesday in a crash that killed his friend the day after Christmas.
Tristan Lacey, 18, could spend two to eight years in prison for the aggravated vehicular homicide death, the Butler County prosecutor's office reports.
Mark Valentine was in the passenger seat when Lacey lost control of his vehicle and crashed near the Beckett Ridge Golf Club.
An arrest report showed Lacey's Blood Alcohol Content level was between .08 and .169.
Valentine, 18, was a senior at Cincinnati Christian School.
