Judge bars prosecution's computer evidence from Jackson trial
It's a win for Michael Jackson. The judge in the singer's molestation trial says the prosecution can't show the jury adult material found on Jackson's computer.
The judge ruled there was no way to know if anybody had seen the computer material -- and that it didn't appear related to the alleged molestation's time period.
The ruling came as prosecutors showed jurors hundreds of adults magazines, DVDs and pictures. None had DNA from Jackson's accuser or his family.
Jackson arrived at court early today, after being late and appearing in pain earlier this week. He acknowledged a shouted bit of encouragement from a fan with a wave.
Police believe jealousy on the part of the groom’s ex-wife may have motivated the shooting.
