FOX19 - A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for most of the Tri-State until noon.
Freezing drizzle will fall Monday morning on top of the 2 to 5 inches of snow that fell Sunday.
Temperatures climbed overnight leaving roads mostly wet for the morning commute.
The additional precipitation Monday morning will freeze and leave slick spots - especially on roads that have not been treated.
Cincinnati officials say road crews are focusing on treating primary routes this morning. Most residential and side streets have not yet been plowed.
We'll reach above-freezing temps today with a high of 39 degrees.
Cold rain moves in from the southeast around 7 p.m. Monday. The rain/snow mix will develop late tonight and end by dawn Tuesday. Slick roads could be a problem for eastern counties of our viewing area.
We're tracking another round of wet snow for the Tuesday evening commute. It should taper off overnight and leave potential icy spots for the Wednesday morning commute.
