DELHI TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

Two men are behind bars, accused of breaking into a home in Delhi Township and stealing guns.

Damon Smith, 23, told Jesse Michel, 20, where to go and what to steal from a home on Juvene Way, according to police.

Investigators say Michel stole a Weatherby shotgun, a H and R .22 caliber revolver and an AK-47 rifle. Two of the firearms were sold to Smith.

Smith was later shot in an unrelated incident and police say they found the shotgun and revolver stolen in Delhi Township inside his car.

Michel faces three counts of theft and burglary charges. His next court appearance is on Feb. 26.

Smith faces a charge of two counts of receiving stolen property, having weapon under disability, aggravated menacing, criminal endangering and complicity. He's expected to appear in court on Wednesday.
