FAIRFIELD, OH (FOX19) - A woman claims an Uber driver walked inside her home uninvited and tried to remove her clothes, according to Hamilton County court documents.
Alfred Tyree, 29, is charged with unlawful restraint in connection with an Uber customer he dropped off in early January.
The victim claims she asked Tyree to wait outside while she went in the home to get him a card.
"While she was in the other room the suspect entered her home and stood in the front room," an affidavit states. "When she returns with the card, she stated the suspect began to put his hands all over her."
The victim told police she pushed Tyree away and asked him to leave, but he blocked the doorway, preventing her from exiting the home.
A neighbor walked passed the house and spooked the suspect, police say. Tyree fled and the victim reported the incident to police.
Cincinnati Police subpoenaed Uber for the driver information. Four weeks later, Uber released the information and the customer ID'd her driver from a photo line-up. Tyree was arrested on Tuesday.
