CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A 32-year-old man is the second suspect to be charged with a 2013 homicide.
William Smith of Winton Hills was arrested this week and faces a judge Thursday on one count of aggravated murder.
According to court records, Smith caused the death of Michael Hopkins during an aggravated robbery on July 23, 2013.
In October 2013, Cincinnati police arrested and charged another suspect, Rayshawn Hart, with aggravated murder in connection with Hopkins' shooting death.
Hopkins, 29, was found dead at the scene of the shooting on Delhi Avenue in Sedamsville.
Hart's trial started Wednesday.
