CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Hamilton County Republican Party leaders say they "are in desperate need" for Republican poll workers for the March primary.
With the election less than a month away, there is currently a need for over 250 Republican workers in almost every neighborhood.
High school seniors who are 17-years-old can apply, said Sherry Poland, Hamilton County Board of Elections, in an appearance Thursday on FOX19 NOW Morning News.
She also will displayed an e-poll book, or tablet, and information about two new poll worker recruitment programs the elections board is promoting: Partners in Democracy and Youth at the Booth.
There is a four-hour training class, and you also must work the Monday night prior to Election Day and Election Day.
The position pays $181.50 to $218.00.
