Investigators arrested a fugitive in Middletown accused of fatally shooting a man outside a Home Depot in Detroit, Michigan.
Timothy Terry was arrested by the U.S. Marshals' Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Team on Garfield St. near Jacoby Ave. in Middletown on Wednesday.
Terry, 43, was wanted by the Detroit Police Department after he allegedly fatally shot Rehk Imhotep outside a Home Depot. Detectives learned that Terry was in the Middletown area.
U.S. Marshals quickly located and arrested Terry, according to officials. He is currently in the Butler County jail and will be extradited back to Detroit.
