Police: Driver used car to try to kill 6

WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19) -

A man is accused of trying to use his car to kill 6 people, including himself.

Maurice Stallworth of Lincoln Heights appeared in court Thursday on six counts of felonious assault.

According to court records, he intentionally crashed his vehicle - with one passenger -- into a car carrying four people in the 3100 block of Harrison Avenue Sunday, stating "I'll kill us all," Cincinnati police wrote in court records.

He purposely drove his vehicle into a utility pole, police wrote in a sworn statement.
