CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - You can now get for what you get at Subway.
The sandwich shop will now measure to ensure the footlong sub is at least 12 inches.
It is in response to a class action lawsuit alleging Subway engaged deceptive advertising.
This all started after an Australian teen posted a picture of his sandwich that was only 11 inches.
Franchisees are now required to have a measuring tool in stores. They also have to submit to regular inspections.
Subway has until May 30th to make sure all stores are complying with the new procedures.
