CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Did you watch "Making a Murderer" on Netflix?
The true crime documentary series captured attention of the masses. The story of Steven Avery seemed to pretty much hooked everyone into binge watching all 10 episodes.
However, unlike other popular Netflix shows, this is a real story. Steven Avery is real. His life sentence without the possibility of parole is real. The lawyers who defended him are real too.
We will be able to see that at the Aronoff Center in downtown Cincinnati. Dean Strang and Jerry Buting, the defense attorneys for Avery, announced that they are going on tour starting this spring. Conversation on Justice will address the Avery case and its implications on the justice system.
The pair will stop by the Aronoff Center May 1. Tickets cost around $40 to $50. A VIP ticket costs $95. That will include a pre-show meet-and-greet, a signed program and a picture with Strang and Buting.
