CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

The man accused of robbing a Downtown bank during lunchtime Thursday is under arrest.

Bruce Canaris, 37, was taken into custody about 2 a.m. Friday on a robbery charge, Cincinnati police announced.

Officers responded to Key Bank on East Fourth Street near Walnut Street at around 12:30 p.m.

The suspect displaced a note, demanded cash then exited the bank through the front and fled in an eastbound direction with an undetermined amount of money, they said.
