Major change to mac and cheese goes unnoticed

. - Kraft Heinz announced this week it changed the recipe for its iconic macaroni and cheese.

The company removed artificial flavors and preservatives without dramatically changing the taste.

Yellow food dyes have been swapped out with natural spices like paprika and turmeric.

Kraft sold more than 50 million boxes after the changes were made in December.

Few customers noticed.

Industry insiders call the switch the world's largest blind taste test.
