AVONDALE, OH (FOX19) -

An Avondale man was indicted in crash that killed two teen brothers late last year.

Police say the driver lost control and hit a tree on Reading Road at Losantiville Avenue, killing Anthony Craddock, 14, and Djonte Wilson, 16.

Two other teens were hurt in the Dec. 2 incident.

Terrence Cook, 19, is now facing several charges, including aggravated vehicular homicide.

A warrant was issued for his arrest.

In a December news release from Cincinnati police, Cook was not listed as a driver or passenger in the car.

Further investigation concluded Cook was the driver of the car that hit the tree, police said Thursday.

He fled the scene before officers arrived, they said.
