Jesse Jackson meets with Jeb Bush as Schiavo family awaits court ruling
Jesse Jackson is continuing his bid to get Terri Schiavo's feeding tube reattached. Jackson is meeting today with Florida Governor Jeb Bush, as a federal appeals court considers a new effort by Schiavo's parents to get the tube put back in. The appeals panel is reviewing the family's request for a new hearing on the case. One supporter says just having the panel take another look shows Schiavo still has a chance for a "miracle." Schiavo is in her 13th day without the tube. One doctor says reinserting it now could actually kill her -- by giving her fluids her body can no longer get rid of. He says it could essentially drown her.
