Rhinegeist Brewing and the Northside Yacht Club will release a new collaboration beer this Saturday.
Rhinegeist’s Dinghy is the first time the brewers have collaborated with a bar.
A friendship between Jon Weiner, co-owner of Northside Yacht Club and Bryan Goulding, co-owner of Rhinegeist led to the new recipe.
They call Dinghy a sophisticated complex pale ale, featuring Idaho 7, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops.
The pair, along with the team at Rhinegeist, dry-hopped the first keg of Dinghy, to be served at Dinghy’s official launch.
The all-day celebration, kicking off at noon on Saturday, March 19th, will feature the NSYC’s legendary house-smoked wings, live music, and of course, lots of DINGHY.
Northside Yacht Club is located at 4227 Spring Grove Avenue.
