The attorney for Terri Schiavo's parents says they are running out of legal options as they try to get her feeding tube re-inserted.
Yesterday, a federal appeals court and the US Supreme Court again rejected pleas to intervene. Now the attorney for parents Bob and Mary Schindler says "it appears that will be the last legal appeal at this time, unless something comes up." Schiavo has gone without food and water for nearly two weeks. And despite the legal setbacks her parents say they won't "throw in the towel as long as she's fighting."
Last weekend, the Schindlers had says she was just hours from death. Yesterday, their attorney said she is -- quote -- "demonstrating an amazing sparkle and desire to live."
