Places to celebrate St. Patrick's Day

CINCINNATI (FOX19) -

The Irish (and Irish-at-heart) will paint the town green for St. Patrick’s Day today. 

Some bars and restaurants will have food and drink specials to celebrate the holiday:

Molly Malone's Irish Pub & Restaurant: Kegs and Eggs will be served up at 7 a.m. The Covington bar will also have three stages, 11 bands, pipers and dancers. 112 East 4th Street, Covington.

St. Patrick’s Day Party at Fountain Square: Step away from your desk and make your way down to the Square for more live music, delicious food and an ice cold pint of green beer. Music from The Drowsy Lads, Two2Many and Blue Rock Boys. 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

O’Malley’s in the Alley: Celebrate St. Patrick at this downtown Irish pub with $5 shots of Jameson. Doors open at 8 a.m. 25 West Ogden Place.

Tin Roof at The Banks: Drink specials include $3 green beer, $4 Guinness, $4 16oz Bud Light Shamrock beer, $5 Jameson and $6 car bombs. Opens at 10 a.m., Live music at 5 p.m.

Cincinnati Cyclones Game: While it's not technically a bar, you can still sip $1 beer and green beer at the game. The Cyclones take on the Nailers. 7:30 p.m., U.S. Bank Arena.

Cock and Bull Public House: Doors opens at 6 a.m. and the first 600 people through the doors will get a free t-shirt at the Mainstrasse, Glendale Village and Hyde Park Square locations. Food specials include Guinness Pancakes, Corned Beef and Cabbage, Green Eggs and Ham and Irish Breakfast Sandwiches. Live Music, Photo Booth, and games.
