FOX19 -

A heartbreaking loss. ANOTHER heartbreaking loss not only for the University of Cincinnati men's basketball team, but for Cincinnati sports in general.

UC looked to have tied their first round game against St. Joe's at the buzzer when Octavius Ellis threw down a dunk as time expired. Officials ruled the dunk was not in time and the basket was waved off.
