Former University of Cincinnati standout Sean Kilpatrick has signed a multi-year contract with the Brooklyn Nets, the team announced.

Kilpatrick originally signed a 10-day contract with the Nets on Feb.28 and has appeared in nine games with the team. The shooting guard has averaged 11.9 points a game while shooting 47 percent from the field with Brooklyn.

The terms of the deal were not released per team policy.

While at UC, Kilpatrick scored 2,145 career points, the second most in school history behind Oscar Robertson. In his senior season Kilpatrick was named a first-team All-American by the AP, USA Today, Sports Illustrated, Sporting News, Bleacher Report and NBC Sports.
