Cell phone video shows teen attacked

WALNUT HILLS (FOX19) - A 17-year-old walking to a bus stop near Taft Road was beaten by a group of people believed to be teens.

The teen's mother tells FOX19 NOW her son knew two of his attackers from school, but did not know the others involved.

She explained her son was "attacked for no reason" after trying to talk to one of the teens before being hit.

She said he was "kicked and punched" around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday as the young man was leaving his school.

In the video, several people can be seen surrounding the teen as he is on the ground being attacked. Next, you see the teens take off in a group. That's when a witness said there was a second attack on another man.

Police have not made any arrests in the case. FOX19 NOW did give police the link to the cell phone video of the attack and a spokesperson said they are investigating.
