OAKLEY, OH (FOX19) - A sophomore Xavier University basketball player was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing official business early Thursday morning.
Jonathan 'J.P.' Macura is accused of pulling down his pants while inside R.P. McMurphy's Pub in Oakley. Court documents describe that "several people were present and witnessed behavior,"
20-year-old Macura was also carrying a fake I.D. belonging to a 21-year-old from Tennessee, police said.
He appears in court Thursday.
The 6-foot-5 guard was a key player off the bench during Xavier's appearance the 2016 NCAA tournament.
Xavier Athletics Department sent a statement Thursday saying they are aware of the situation and are "working to collect all the facts."
