A man previously convicted of felonious assault is facing the same charge after he allegedly shot his father on Friday, court documents show.
An affidavit shows that Demetrius Williams, 20, shot his father in both legs on Windham Ave. in Avondale.
Responding officers found Williams in the street. He was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
In December of 2013 Williams was convicted of felonious assault and placed on two years probation in 2015.
Williams is charged with felonious assault and having weapons under disability for Friday's incident.
