Man suffers life-threatening injuries in Avondale shooting Saturday morning

AVONDALE, OH (FOX19) -

A man suffered life-threatening injuries in an Avondale shooting Saturday morning.

Officers responded to Maple Ave. near Reading Rd. around 8:30 a.m. 

Police on scene say multiple shots were fired in the incident.

The victim was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center with life-threatening injuries. He is in critical condition. 

Police have not released a description of the suspect at this time.

Maple Ave. is closed as crews investigate the scene.
