WALNUT HILLS (FOX19) - The man accused of killing a Purcell Marion soccer player has been indicted by a grand jury.
Cincinnati police say Rico Mosley, 19, opened fire outside the Melrose Family YMCA in April of last year, killing 17-year-old Kelsie Crow as she was leaving a sweet 16 party.
Hamilton County prosecutors say Crow and two others who were hurt, are not believed to be intended targets.
Mosley remains in the county jail on $800,000 bond. He faces charges of murder and felonious assault.
The case remains under investigation.
