COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) - Investigators recovered more than 73 pounds of marijuana in a Covington residence this week, the Northern Kentucky Drug Strike Force announced.
Delroy Lecky was stopped by Newtown Police after leaving his residence in Covington on Wednesday. Officers found that he was in possession of around six pounds of marijuana.
Lecky is charged with felony trafficking and possession of marijuana. He is currently in the Hamilton County jail.
After the arrest, the Drug Strike Force agents searched Lecky's residence on W. 15th St. and found over 73 pounds of marijuana and other evidence of marijuana distribution, according to the Strike Force.
This is the second arrest this wek of a Northern Kentucky man where the suspect was found to have six pounds of marijuana in their possession.
