The alleged victim stated in a complaint McKey inappropriately touched her leg when they left his home to get food. McKey offered the player alcohol, and touched her buttocks twice without her permission, records state.

McKey left Xavier in April of 2015 to join the coaching staff at the University of Maryland.

Hours after he was arraigned last August,  however, University of Maryland officials announced his resignation as an assistant women's basketball coach.
