WESTWOOD, OH (FOX19) - A father faces charges after police say he left a loaded handgun and marijuana accessible to his two young children.
Thomas Farmer, 28, is held at the Hamilton County jail on two counts of endangering children and one count each of trafficking in drugs and having weapons while under disability, court records show.
Cincinnati police served a search warrant at his Montana Avenue residence Wednesday while Farmer and the children were home, records state.
Police said they found two loaded handguns and the marijuana.
One of the guns and the marijuana were accessible to the children, who are under the age of 6, they wrote in a criminal complaint.
Farmer admitted to possessing the guns, records show.
