MOUNT HEALTHY, OH (FOX19) - For the second time in a week, a bullet flew at a Mount Healthy apartment complex.
Police are turning to the public for help as they seek the gunman who fired a shot into an apartment in the 7900 block of Clovernook Avenue at 9:45 p.m. Sunday.
"Thankfully no one was injured," Mount Healthy police wrote on their agency's Facebook page.
Last week, police also asked for the public's help after someone fired several bullets into an apartment in the same complex.
"I've lived here for about five years or so," said resident Jeniene Jarvis. "I'm moving. I'm going to be moving here in the next couple months. I have to move. It's too close to home," said resident Jeniene Jarvis.
Someone has fired shots two times through windows at her apartment complex in the last week. The latest was Sunday night around 9:45 PM – just before Jarvis arrived at home.
"You're thinking, 'Oh, I'm going in the house about to go to bed.' Now it's like, 'Okay. Do I know if there's going to be shots fired tonight or not,'" Jarvis told FOX19 NOW.
Police are still searching for anyone responsible for pulling the trigger in either incident.
"People need to stop and think about these children. We as mothers, parents, you know, we just want to provide a safe home for our children and you can't anymore," Jarvis said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers: 513-352-3040, or Mount Healthy police: 513-728-3183.
