WEST END, OH (FOX19) -

An argument between two neighbors sent one of them to the hospital with stab wounds early Tuesday, Cincinnati police said.

Officers responded to the 3700 block of West Liberty Street just after midnight.

One man stabbed another in the chest during a dispute, according to police.

The man was taken to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he is expected to recover.

It was not immediately clear if the incident was in self-defense or what the two were allegedly arguing about, they said.

An investigation remains ongoing.
