An overnight attic fire evacuated the Courtyard Hotel off Cavalier Boulevard overnight, according to Florence fire officials.
No one was hurt when flames broke out around 1 a.m., but the hotel was full so three alarms were called, said Assistant Fire Chief Scott Knoll.
All customers safely evacuated the building.
"Everybody seemed to be organized as they were evacuating, despite the time of day that this did come in," Knoll said.
Fire officials worked to make sure everyone had accommodations for the night.
The cause remains under investigation.
A damage estimate was not immediately available.
