Man shot in Carthage

CARTHAGE, OH (FOX19) -

A 45-year-old man showed up at Good Samaritan Hospital overnight with a gunshot wound to his knee, Cincinnati police said.

The man told police he had just left Buckets Bar on Vine Street and was walking to his vehicle when an unknown gunman walked up and shot him in knee just before 3 a.m., said Lt. Tim Brown, the night chief.

A woman drove the victim to the hospital.

He is expected to recover, Brown said.

No arrests were made.
