Study: Just 10 minutes intensive exercise for health benefits

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Scientists say you only need to workout for 10 minutes to get all the health benefits.

A new study out of McMaster University in Ontario, found the key was intense exercise.

Participants who did a couple minutes of jogging in between 20 second sprints, for ten minutes, got just as much health benefits, as those who did 45 minutes of moderate physical activity.

Researchers say its more proof that interval exercise, is extremely effective.
