AirCare responded to a crash involving a semi tractor-trailer that shut down U.S. 50 at Cole Lane in both directions Friday morning, according to Dearborn County dispatchers.
A woman was injured and flown to University of Cincinnati Medical Center shortly after the 9:45 accident, they said.
Her vehicle collided with the semi in the eastbound lanes, they said.
Both sides of the road were shut down before the westbound lanes reopened about 10 a.m.
Eastbound U.S. 50 remains shut down.
