CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A driver has been arrested in the death of the Cincinnati firefighter killed in a crash Sunday.

Patric Tucker, 24, was charged Wednesday with vehicular homicide and vehicular manslaughter in the crash, both are misdemeanor charges.

Jordan Pieniazek, 31, died on his way to work as he rode his motorcycle southbound in the 5100 block of Winton Road, police said.  Tucker's Toyota Avalon crossed the center line and hit Pieniazek head-on.

Impairment does not appear to be a factor, but investigators are looking into whether distracted driving played a role, Cincinnati Police Lt. Bruce Hoffbauer said at a press conference Monday.

Pieniazek was wearing a helmet in the crash.

He leaves behind a wife and three children.

Services are set for Pieniazek Friday at Vineyard Cincinnati.
