Coroner: Single gunshot killed victim in Symmes Twp. homicide

SYMMES TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

Cause of death for a man found dead in Symmes Township was released Friday by the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office.

Anant Singh, 64 died from a single gunshot wound to the torso, the coroner confirmed. His death is under investigation as a homicide case.

Sheriff's deputies and paramedics from the Loveland/Symmes Fire Department found Singh dead at his residence around 8:15 a.m. Wednesday. The home is located on Redcloud Court near Montgomery Road.

There is no information that would lead to believe that anyone in the area is at an increased risk of harm, Hamilton County Sheriff Jim Neil said.
