BROWN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -

AirCare responded to a single-vehicle crash near the Brown/Highland county line, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

A 17-year-old male passenger suffered a possible broken leg when a Chevrolet Cruze ran off the right side of northbound State Route 251 at U.S. 50 and crashed into a ditch about 2:30 a.m. Monday, said Trooper Josh Greer.

The teen was airlifted to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he is expected to recover.

A second male passenger, also 17, suffered a broken nose but did not go to a hospital from the scene, Greer said.

The driver, 20, was not hurt.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
