CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Prosecutors say a father admitted to repeatedly shaking his infant child and causing critical injuries.
Danyea Robinson, 21, received a $1 million bond when he appeared in a Hamilton County courtroom Tuesday.
Robinson's child is not expected to survive, a prosecutor said in court.
Cincinnati Police officers found the unresponsive infant at a residence in the 200 block of Peete Street Monday morning. The child was rushed to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center with internal injuries.
Robinson was arrested and charged with felonious assault and child endangering.
Police said the infant is one month old.
The incident is under investigation by CPD's homicide unit.
The name of the child has not been released.
