CINCINNATI (FOX19) - A man who ran naked down the interstate after causing a six-vehicle pileup on I-71 will spend ten years behind bars.
Tracy Martin, 45, was high on marijuana and the hallucinogen PCP when he caused the crash, jumped from his flipped truck and started running down the interstate without clothes, officials said.
Several people were injured in the crash, including a victim who spoke at the sentencing hearing Friday.
"She should have died. It's a miracle that she is alive," said Jim Sexton. His daughter, Elizabeth, was injured when Martin side-swiped four vehicles and struck two more as he sped through the interstate shoulder.

An off-duty trooper who witnessed the crash said he found Elizabeth Sexton slumped over, covered in blood and trapped in her vehicle. The trooper said "her life looked like it was soon to be fading."
Sexton addressed the court and said she had forgiven Martin, but hoped he would learn from the incident.
"I think you do need to go to jail and think about it. But I also hope that you get help because I don't want the day of Aug. 5 to be what you are remembered for," said Sexton. "You can change your life, so I hope that you are willing to do that."
Martin told the judge he was sorry for his actions.
His pickup truck struck the concrete median and overturned before he fled his truck and took off running.
In a video released by the Ohio Department of Transportation, cars appear to slow down on the southbound lanes Martin runs past the motorists.
"He's been running for at least a couple miles. He's just kind of jogging," a 911 caller told a dispatcher.
An Ohio State Trooper and off-duty Hamilton County Sheriff's deputy caught up with Martin between the Pfeiffer Road and I-275 exits. Eventually, multiple officers were able to take Martin to the ground.
Martin also received a lifetime license suspension.
