CHEVIOT, OH (FOX 19) -

A man accused of indecent exposure at a Cincinnati library has now allegedly exposed himself at a Cheviot hair salon.

Police say Demetrius Jones walked up to the window of Penny's Barber Salon on Wednesday and flashed the individuals inside.

"He just pulled his pants down and exposed himself," salon worker Penny Knierim said. "I just called 911."

Surveillance video from a store next door shows Jones leave the store. That is when Knierim says Jones flashed her outside the salon's window.

Police told FOX19 NOW that Jones is homeless and has been in trouble before for similar actions.

In January, Jones was arrested for indecency at the Westwood-Branch Library. Court records show that Jones later showed up at the branch manager's home.

He has since been banned from all branches.

Jones has not been arrested for the incident at salon. Police say they have enough for a warrant, but the victim does not want to prosecute.
