FORT MITCHELL, KY (FOX19) - Hillary Clinton returned to Kentucky Sunday to campaign ahead of Tuesday's Democratic presidential primary.
Former Gov. Steve Beshear introduced Hillary Clinton during the "Get Out the Vote" events in Fort Mitchell, where she asked Kentuckians for their support and urged them to go out and vote on Election Day.
Clinton addressed supporters at the home of Nathan and Mary Lee Smith on Iris Road at 4:45 p.m.
The Smiths held a similar event eight years ago for Clinton during the primary season.
Hundreds of supporters gathered to hear Clinton speak and were met with protesters. People gathered outside the surrounding area of the campaign to express support for Donald Trump.
Clinton is expected to stop in Lexington and Bowling Green on Monday.
