OAKLEY, OH (FOX19) -

MadTree Brewing will break ground on their new site in Oakley at 3 p.m. Tuesday.

The $18 million production brewery and taproom will be located at 3301 Madison Rd., about a mile away from their current site.

It will feature 100 barrel brew house a taproom featuring 64 taps and a 10,000 square-foot outdoor beer garden.

The renovations will also allow a pizza cafe, and two private event spaces.

MadTree officials say they wanted to expand because the demand for MadTree beers was so high just in the last three years they've been around.

The new site will bring in about 50 jobs to the city with plans to create 40 more jobs over the next three years.

The new MadTree brewing site is set to open sometime later this year.
