Shots Fired At Tri-State Restaurant

Cincinnati police shot a robbery suspect in the West End. Another is under arrest and a third got away.

Two undercover officers noticed men with ski masks and guns coming out of the Gold Star Chili in the West End.

Nine year police veteran, Tim Bley shot Clarence Johnson, 38,  in the chest and leg.

FOX19 news reporter Chris Shaw reported that when a police officer was there attending to him, and calling emergency medical personel to the scene, he apologized. He stated he knew the people chasing him were undercover police officers, he did acknowlege being in an aggrevated robbery.

Officer Bley and Officer Cathy Gober are both on mandatory leave. Required of officers involved in shootings.

Police don't have a name or a description of the suspect who got away.
