Recipe: Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie

Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothies (Fresh Thyme Farmers Market)

Yield: 2 servings
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • ¾ cup almond milk
  • 3 dates, pitted and quartered
  • 1 cup ice, or as needed

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender, puree on high speed until smooth. Add a few ice cubs and blend until it reaches desired consistency.

Flat-Belly Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz vanilla non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup kale
  • ¾ cup water

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
