CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A Hamilton County judge will decide how to divide nearly $5 million in settlement money among Sam DuBose's family members on Monday.

Raegan Brooks, one of DuBose's daughters, was named the family estate administrator in November of last year. As many as 21 different family members are asking for a share of the settlement.

University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing shot and killed Sam DuBose, 43, in July of last year during a traffic stop in Clifton. A grand jury indicted Tensing for murder after body cam video was released of the traffic stop.

In January, UC and the family of DuBose reached a settlement in the sum of $5.3 million.

UC will pay $4,850,000 to the DuBose family and will provide an undergraduate education free of tuition and fees for Sam's 12 kids, which is estimated to be valued at approximately $500,000.

Tensing is scheduled to face a jury in October
