Parking and street closures for Taste of Cincinnati

CINCINNATI (FOX19) -

Half a million people are expected to attend the Taste of Cincinnati over the Memorial Day Weekend.

The food festival is held on five blocks of Fifth Street between Vine and Sentinel streets.

Where to park? Event organizers suggest these nearby garages:

-Fountain Square Garage – entrance on Vine Street only

$10 per 8 hours

1 – 8 hours = $10

8 – 16 hours = $20

16 – 24 hours = $30

-Fourth & Main Garage: $10 per day

-Columbia Plaza Garage at Sixth & Sycamore: $5 per day

Street Closures:

Closing at 6 p.m. Friday and reopening at 5 a.m. Tuesday:

Fifth Street between Vine and Sentinel streets

Walnut Street between Fourth and Sixth streets

Main Street between Fourth and Sixth streets

Sycamore Street between Fourth and Sixth streets

Broadway between Fourth and Sixth (access open from Broadway to I-71 North, Columbia Parkway and I-471 South)

No parking will be permitted on any of those streets, however access will be provided to parking garages and hotels.

Public transportation:

METRO and TANK will run regularly scheduled service to and from downtown Cincinnati. 

Festival Hours:

Saturday, May 28: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Sunday, May 29: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.

Monday, May 30: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
