Hot Delivery

New York restaurant's chicken wing delivery, too hot to handle

It's a chicken wing delivery that got too hot. A truck dropping off the week's supply of chicken wings at a restaurant in Endwell, New York, yesterday snagged a power line. The line pulled a 12-foot satellite dish off the restaurant roof. The dish crashed down onto a natural gas line. The ruptured line caught fire and flames shot into the air, damaging the restaurant.

The restaurant owner tells a radio station in nearby Binghamton it was an expensive delivery. But all's well in Endwell -- more or less.

Nobody got hurt, and the restaurant was able to open a few hours later after repairs.
