MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) - A man has turned himself in following a double shooting in Middletown Wednesday.

Sean Campbell, 35, is charged with two counts of felonious assault and improperly discharging a firearm.

One person was shot on Sixth Avenue and another in the 900 block of Eight Avenue around 10 p.m. Both victims suffered non-life threatening injuries.

A witness said he was walking down the street when gunfire "lit up the night."

"I hit the ground, I heard the shots about 20-30 shots, you know bullets coming out of nowhere," said Eddie Adams.

Lt. J. Cunningham said one other man turned himself into police Thursday. He was interviewed and released without charges.
