A Cincinnati newlywed died in a snorkeling accident in the Cayman Islands over the holiday weekend.
Christina Spradling-Earls, 29, married her high school sweetheart just two weeks ago in the U.S. according to The Cayman Compass.
They were celebrating with her husband's family on a trip.
The newspaper reports that the couple went snorkeling on Friday when something went wrong.
Spradling-Earls died at a hospital.
The Royal Cayman Islands Police are working to determine what happened.
